What exactly does a personal finance coach do?
I do not claim to have all the answers or have a magic formula for financial success. My job as a coach is not to teach how to be successful, but to help you find out what your goals are and to that end, direct you to the right people and information to help you make your decisions.
As an individual you must start to see yourself as the CEO of your own company. CEOs don’t do all the work or necessarily know everything there. They take advantage of their available resources and surround themselves with a team of qualified professionals. In your team will be Realtors, Loan Officers, Financial Planners, Insurance Agents, Bankers, Tax advisors, Accountants, Lawyers, many other professions to help you run your life.
It is important to know how to make use of all of these professionals wisely and how to interview these professionals so that you have the best team working for you. As the CEO of your life, you are in full control of your financial future and you take full responsibility for your success or failure.
Through financial coaching, you will begin to see the full state of your finances and begin to put a plan of action to see your goals accomplished.
